1 General Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the bte99 platform and all its users. By accessing bte99, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with all the terms described below.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws applicable in their own country or region.

bte99 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual with or without reason.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To create an account and use betting services on bte99, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making reasoned decisions.
• Online betting must be permitted in your jurisdiction.

bte99 may request identity or age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide documents within the specified period may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your own responsibility. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out from your account.

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using an unfamiliar device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

Your registered name or date of birth cannot be changed, as these are linked to identity verification. To update contact details (such as your mobile number), please contact the support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bte99 currently supports transactions via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services:

• Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on the verification level of the applicable account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name.
• If processing is delayed due to unforeseen reasons, the support team will provide immediate assistance.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal will be temporarily placed on hold pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bte99 offers new users a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. A 15x wagering requirement currently applies on bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may not claim any bonus offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible once the conditions have been met.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• bte99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each specific promotional offer may have its own separate terms, which will be stated in the offer's detailed description.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or event has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are shown on the details page of the relevant game or betting market.

6.2 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error leads bte99 to decide otherwise.

6.3 Permitted Activity

Users may only use the games and markets available on bte99. Intentionally exploiting any platform error or technical advantage is prohibited.

6.4 Prohibited Activity

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses or applying bonus-abuse strategies.
• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome from two or more accounts (arbitrage).
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform in any way.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in cancellation of bonuses on the associated account and may lead to permanent account closure.

7 Fair Play & Security

7.1 Fair Play Policy

9.2 Suspension or Closure by bte99

If any of the following situations arise, bte99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• Abusive behaviour toward other users on the platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bte99 treats your personal information with the highest importance. Data collected for registration and identity verification purposes will only be used for service delivery and fraud prevention.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Sharing information with authorities where legally required is our responsibility.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Issues caused by the user's own device or network.

• Any loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistake.
